Bongo Beads is a handmade jewellery brand, set up by me (Melissa Dixon).

I believe jewellery can make an outfit. It can give your confidence a real boost!💫

Why do I wear jewellery? Because it makes me FEEL good! Jewellery shows off my personality, without me having to say a word 🦄

Every piece of Bongo Beads jewellery is designed & made by me in London to make you feel good, evoke joy and give a glimpse of who you are when you walk in a room!✨

How did Bongo Beads start?

Before Bongo Beads, I had a 20+ year career leading Digital Marketing initiatives for big brands.

During the pandemic, I suffered burn out and my flexible work request was rejected 👎🏻

Beading was a form of therapy for me. Wearing beautiful coloured jewellery is one of my 'happy tools' and so I began to make my own.

I'm a big believer in when you look good, you feel good and so you're more likely to go out into the world and do something good 🌍🙏🏻

So my aim is to create beautiful quality, well made, colourful jewellery that makes you FEEL amazing when you wear it!🌈📿✨
